We only ship products within the continental US using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by the website, and that cost is passed through to the customer as a shipping cost. All in-stock items will be shipped within two business days of receiving a paid order. Weekdays that To Bee or Not To Bee is closed do not count towards the two days. Beekeeping classes and Bees have their own pickup dates and are not subject to this policy. We will notify you of back-ordered items as soon as possible upon receiving the order. If you select the in-store pickup delivery method, we will call or email you when your order is ready for pickup.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item To Bee or Not To Bee will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). for https://www.tobeeornottobee.us/
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
To Bee or Not To Bee will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We will not issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We will inspect all goods on return.
Classes may be rescheduled one time with no charge by contacting us at least 48 hours before the start of the class. Additional rescheduling or rescheduling within 48 hours will require a 15% administrative fee. Classes canceled by To Bee or Not To Bee will be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. Cancellation of a class without rescheduling requires a 15% admin fee. Missed classes will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
You must pick up packages at the time, place, and date communicated to you via email. Due to weather or other circumstances, the pickup details may change with little notice. To Bee or Not To Bee will not hold or care for your bees beyond the scheduled date and time. Failure to pick up your bees constitutes forfeiture of them.
Before the no cancelation date listed on the product page, You may cancel your order for a $15 administrative fee. After the date on the product page, all orders are final and non-refundable.
Queens in the packages are guaranteed to be alive at the time of pickup and for 24 hours afterward. If you have queen issues, call To Bee or Not To Bee as soon as possible at (303) 728-4422. You must return to To Bee or Not To bee to retrieve your replacement.
We offer no other guarantee for package bees, and any queen or package replacements outside of the above is at the sole discretion of To Bee or Not To bee.
